Projects

  • Ground Water Quality Assessment Sensor System

This system's first stage is to gather labelled groundwater data, after which we measured the Water Quality Index. (WQI). The algorithm was then trained using labelled lab data to forecast the quality of groundwater. The developed device's labelled sensory data is then gathered and tested to determine the sample's water quality index.

    Tools: IoT, ML

  • IoT Enabled Virtual and Remote Triggerable sensors for E-Learning.

This project aims to provide a virtual practical e-learning environment thereby enhancing the student?s practical knowledge with better conceptual understanding. The DHT11 and LDR sensors are interfaced to Raspberry Pi with conditioning circuits. The Raspberry Pi 3B+ Board is made as a server by installing the server stack to host Web-pages and to stream the live video. Along with this, the Database is integrated for storing the sensor values and user information to the Pi board and to authenticate the accessibility of the dashboard by the users. The ports of Raspberry Pi are forwarded through the router to make it a live server. Once the server gets live, it can be accessible for the authenticated users.

  • Designing Gem Smart Switches and Integration with Hagway

Gem Switches are the affordable Wi-Fi Switches to control the Home appliances through the cloud platform, it enables the users to control the devices remotely with Mobile Application and also with the Voice Assistants systems (Alexa, Google Assistant). As well as the integrated with Gemicates Hagway.

Tools: Visual Studio, Postman, Wireshark, MQTT Box

  • Improved Security and Robustness for Medical Images by Fragile Watermarking in SVD Domain

This project deals with a new fragile watermarking-based Scheme for image and self-recovery for medical applications. Singular Value Decomposition, Arnold transform methods are used to improve the security and robustness of the medical Image.

    Tools: MATLAB

  • DESIGNING A ONE WAY COMMUNICATION BY USING LIFI-TECHNOLOGY

Audio signal from the mobile or laptop, LED driver and LED are combined to form transmitter. Audio signal is transmitted through LED, by varying the intensity according to the amplitude of the audio signal. Photo detector/solar panel acts as the receiver in this communication system. It receives signal based on light intensity falling on the solar panel and then received signal is amplified with the help of amplifier circuit based on original signal and which produces the input to the speaker.

  • Image Scrambling through Two Level Arnold Transform

This paper proposes a two-level image scrambling algorithm using Arnold transform with a different number of iterations. Pixels are scrambled for each iteration in the conventional Arnold scrambling. Due to its periodic property, the original image can be retrieved by experimenting with the inverse Arnold transform on the scrambled image. The main objective of this paper is to improve the complexity of malicious decryption by considering Arnold scrambling for pixels and blocks.
